This is an overview of what it is all about.
The site comprises two applications .
1. Statistics
A way to look up baseball statistics .
2. Teambuilder
A way to enter and manage your own statistics for one
or more of your own team(s).
There are three main categories and many sub categories within each main category.
When you reach a sub category that interests you :
Click on "find" to go to a form where you can enter a value
for any number of categories within the sub category.
You will then get a grid of results that match the values you searched on.
The three main categories are :
1. General Statistics
2. Post Season Statistics
3. Awards Statistics
by default - the statistics are organized by year
Click on the "manage your own team !"
link on the main baseball statistics page.
Do the following - in this order:
1) Create a log in .
2) Create a team .
3) Create positions for the team.
4) Create players for that team.
5) Create one or more statistics for each player you create.
6) Statistics can be copied between players ,so you don't
have to enter the same information over and over.
